However, by contributing Your Content to FableGenAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license. This license allows us to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, perform, and distribute Your Content within the FableGenAI platform. The purpose of this license is solely to facilitate the operation, development, provision, and improvement of the FableGenAI Services.
Should any content be created based on Your Content that has been published on FableGenAI, the ownership of such derivative content rests with its creator. You maintain the option to keep Your Content unpublished on FableGenAI, reserving it for your personal creative endeavors and story development processes.
While crediting FableGenAI when using or sharing Your Content is not mandatory, we do appreciate it if you choose to do so.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of FableGenAI. Content created or shared on FableGenAI should be decent, respectful, and suitable for a diverse audience, including children. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

FableGenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
